Remise lycras à partir de 9h.
Échauffement à partir de 9h30.
Collation prévue après l’initiation.

Inscription obligatoire au magasin Decathlon (8, rue des Orangers).
Paiement uniquement chèque ou espèce. Pas de carte bancaire.

Nombre de places limité.
Matériel nécessaire : vieilles baskets pour marcher dans l’eau, maillot de bain, serviette, combinaison (ou lycra).

Attention : Aucun vestiaire sur place, ni possibilité de consigne pour conserver les sacs à dos..

Zahlung nur per Scheck oder in bar. Keine Bankkarte.

Begrenzte Anzahl von Plätzen.
Benötigtes Material: alte Turnschuhe, um im Wasser zu laufen, Badeanzug, Handtuch, Neoprenanzug (oder Lycra).

Achtung: Keine Garderobe vor Ort und keine Möglichkeit zur Aufbewahrung von Rucksäcken.
